WARRANTY
I offer a 12 month warranty against issues arising due to craftsmanship, this does not cover general wear and tear, jewellery is delicate and should be cared for appropriately. Please send an email to serpentrougejewellery@gmail.com with a photo of the piece and any relevant information.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the made to order nature of Serpent Rouge I cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind. In the event a piece cannot be repaired under warranty I offer an exchange or store credit.

LOST/MISSING ITEMS
Australia Post tries its hardest but obviously doesn't always deliver. In the event your piece is lost I will remake the piece once the Australia Post has recognised the loss, I pay for insurance on all items so this will be used to re-source supplies, I will not refund for loss as I have done my part in creating the piece.
